We work with customers in your area to help you make the most out of your current property by extending the space you have available. If you need that extra bit of space but you don't want to have to move home then we can help. Maybe you have been dreaming of a bigger kitchen, a guest suite or a bigger living room.
There are so many options when it comes to extending your property. You can choose to add space to the side or the rear of your property with a standard property extension. This type of extension essentially increases the overall footprint of your home giving you more room on the ground floor. Whilst this is being done, some people choose to have this extension turned into two storeys. The benefits of this are clear and although it is an extra cost it does make sense to both at the same time. You will only need one roof and one ground floor so doubling this space won't double the cost.
For a standard conservatory style extension, a wall will be opened up into the new living space so that you transition into the new space seamlessly. This space can then be used for whatever purpose suits you. If you decide to work with us we can manage the project from start to finish, from planning right through to fitting the new room whether it is a guest suite, a kitchen or a bathroom.
It may be that you want more space but you don't want the extra space directly attached to your building. Timber framed orangeries and outbuildings work best for this type of extension. This space could be used for a guest suite, a studio or an office where you can get away from the chaos of the main building. For information about the costs involved read our blog How much will an orangery extension cost?
We are based in the area and we will work with you to make sure you are happy with the process at all times. When you decide to work with us, we will provide you with a primary contact, one of our lead designers who will meet with you to go over the requirements of the project. We will make sure we understand the design fully before we produce full CAD drawings. Once you have approved the drawings we will begin the build process.
